A congregation of concerned residents from East Hampton’s neighborhoods gave voice to a myriad of concerns facing the township ranging from a petition to force Town Supervisor William McGintee to resign to a call for regular cleaning of public restrooms at town beaches at an “open meeting” Monday evening which excluded participation from elected town officials.
